On arrival there will be tasters aplenty as your Chocolatier gives you a fascinating insight into the history and process of chocolate! Discover how to make gooey dark chocolate fudge and rich hazelnut gianduja as well as trying your hand at truffle piping. Bowls of melted milk, white and dark chocolate plus slabs of freshly made chocolate are presented along with a range of expert tools and decorations, as you learn how to make your own mouth-watering handmade chocolates, before departing with approximately 40 pieces in ribbon tied boxes plus detailed recipe pamphlet.
