What does the Two Day Course at the Novelli Academy include?

Whatever level of cookery skills you arrive with these will be greatly enhanced by the time you leave and hopefully inspire you to be a more confident cook.

The course is hosted by one of the Novelli Academy's chefs, handpicked by Jean-Christophe himself, who will demonstrate and then prepare with you a selection of mouth watering dishes from Jean-Christophe's book "Everyday Novelli", offering practical advice and professional instruction along the way. The days are informative and very practical being filled with tips and tricks used in a professional environment.

The course will include bread making basics, desserts and sauces, advanced menu preparations, basic knife skills and cutting techniques and a talk on vegetables and herbs by a gardening specialist.

Kindly note that although Jean-Christophe does not host the course he will greet the class and do a small demonstration to support his chefs whenever his schedule permits.
