What does the YO! Sushi Experience include?

A morning of fun and great Sushi! Participants will learn the history of sushi, how to prepare the ingredients, how to roll makis, ISO rolls and handrolls. At the end of the session lunch is served and all participants get an information pack and rolling mat to get it going on their own.

All the food produced during the experience can be taken home by the participant.
