What does the Gliding Experience include?
The experience starts with a thorough briefing on all aspects of gliding from your instructor. You will then take to the air for this fantastic experience. The aerotow (or multiple winch launches) will take you to the desired altitude before releasing the glider for the flight to start, which will normally last between 12-20 minutes depending on the thermals on the day. You can either sit back and enjoy the ride or take the controls for a more ‘hands-on’ experience.

Buckinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent, Herefordshire, North Devon or Bedfordshire.
When does the Gliding Experience take place?
Most centres operate all year round although some do fly less frequently during the winter months.

Participants are required to sign a disclaimer before taking part
